The Commitment Project by Next Level Nutrition

The Commitment Project is a self study course that has been created for women who are sick of the fads, short on time and just plain confused with all of the information on how to eat that's out there to go from struggles with mindset and commitment to confident, committed and feeling like you CAN!

If you're unsure of what's included with this programme or you just want to check, please review the Boundaries document here so we're all on the same page. 

The Commitment Project includes: 

  • 5 modules, with workbooks and audio/video trainings (see below for details)

  • A Facebook community for a shared experience. This will be a safe space to post, ask questions & get help.  So please be brave, commit and get involved.

Let me tell you more! 

💪🏽We start with Module one: Building Commitment.

- This includes looking into your WHY & Core Values. This is a KEY piece of mindset work that if you've never done it before, it's going to be a GAME CHANGER.

🥘Then we move on to Module two: Nutrition 101.

 - We'll look at protein, snacking, meal planning and then updated for November 2021: How and why to keep a food diary with audio training and workbook to complete. 

⛔️ Next up is Module three: Barriers to change.

- We'll dive deep into dealing with other people, the 'sod it voice and then also updated for November 2021: Intrinsic Motivation and why it's SO powerful. I think you're going feel the power with this one!

🧠 Finally, Module four: Mindset is a muscle.

- It is all about the Child in your mind and why we need to parent ourselves to make a lasting change. 

I hope you're going to love this programme, it's created specifically for women who are ready to take a look at things from a different angle, to stop dieting and start achieving their goals through changing their mindset.

Tell me about you

Hey and welcome to The Commitment Project.

We're going to spend the next 4 weeks going DEEP into your mind to get you feeling committed to making a change to your health, nutrition and happiness.

We're going to clear up the confusion on a 'healthy diet'.

We're going to bust through your barriers to change.

and finally, we're going to work on training your mindset muscle so you can stop starting over and commit to yourself, your plans and your goals.

Building Commitment

In module one, we're going to look at your 'Why' and your core values so you feel committed and we can make this easier for you.

We have two exercises, know your why has a workbook for you to download - or grab your favourite notebook and use that instead. You will need some paper or to print off the core values list for lesson two.

Be sure to listen to the audio before you dive in.

Nutrition 101

In module two, we're going to contemplate what does 'healthy' even mean and talk through the 'halo' effect certain foods have and why that might be derailing your diet efforts. We'll look at how to make everything that little bit easier and finally talk practical - all things meal planning.

If you can access a printer, great, but if not, just grab your favourite notepad or some paper and a pen. You'll need these for lessons one & two.

In module three, we're going to look at the most common barriers to change.

We have two exercises, each with a workbook for you to download - or grab your favourite notebook and use that instead.

Mindset is a muscle

In module four, we're going to bring it all together and set you off with all the tools for making sure you keep this going, for life!
