Phase One/Module One: The Truth about carbs, cardio and more

In module one, it's all about exposing the nutrition myths that the diet industry is peddling to keep us from succeeding at our goals.

Rules for this, restrictions on that, it's all changed, low fat, low carb, more meat, less meat, is your head spinning , I know mine was!

We're going to bust the myths and wipe the slate clean as part of the great UNLEARN!

Phase One/Module Two: How to tell if it's good advice or not when it comes to nutrition

In module two, it's all about exposing polarising advice. Why do people, influencers and companies do it?  Like Jessie J said... "It's all about the money, money, money" 

We're going to look at how to look at research, some dodgy nutrition advice and how to spot it and why some 'before and afters' aren't what they appear to be!

Let's go. There is more 'un-learing' to be done!

Phase One/Module Three: The definition of a diet 'working' and a little history

In module three, we're going back as far as William the Conqueror (really!) to look at where diets even come from.

Then we'll look at why meal plans don't work - coming to you from someone who used to write a lot of meal plans for clients.

Finally, we'll be looking at calories. What even is a calorie anyway?!

Phase One/Module Four: KEY LESSON: Understanding your WHY

In module four, we're looking at one of the most important things you can do for yourself when it comes to making a lasting change.

Bolster the 'good' voice in your head, arm it with meaningful reasons WHY you want to make a change.

In lesson one we'll work out your why then in lesson two, we'll dive deeper.

Phase One/Module Five: Let's break the 'All or Nothing' cycle

In module five, we're rounding off the unlearn with the...RULES! But it's not what you think. We're reversing the rules, we're looking at what hasn't worked for you and why, challenging old beliefs, finding out what's keeping you stuck and last of all, working on your 'Sh*t List' - which has nothing to do the with toilet by the way!  

Also in lesson three, there is a post module final question, you'll need your completed 'Sh*t list' for this task! (Page 6 of the workbook).

Phase Two/Module One: KEY LESSON: Habit Change

It’s time for the RELEARN.  Now we’re going to be getting into all things CHANGE.

Hey , I'm so proud of you for being here, making a change, doing the work! Let's keep it going.

In module one, it’s all about our habits. What is keeping us STUCK and how can we change it?

We’re going to be looking at your existing habits and then how to start making some changes to switch them up with strategy.  We’ll look at habit stacking and the laws of habit creation. Finally, we’ll dive into how long does it take to create a new habit? The answer is sadly not just 21 days

Phase Two/Module Two: How we talk to ourselves and affirmations

In module two, we’re going on a deep dive into your mind. We’re going to look at the language you use with yourself. Are you constantly berating yourself, giving yourself a hard time or do you speak to yourself like you would to your best friend?   

We’re also going to look at the power of affirmations and self talk then incorporate these into your life, leveraging the power of positivity!

Phase Two/Module Three: 'Treats' and how to reframe

We’re on module three already ! Here, we’re investigating if what you treat yourself with is truly a treat or it is actually keeping you from achieving your goals. We’ll look at why we do this and most importantly, how to change it. To reframe ‘treats’

We’re also going to look at how to make making a compromise feel good! No more FOMO (fear of missing out) around here. Nope. Instead we’re putting you on the priority list and making saying yes to your goals the winning strategy.

Phase Two/Module Four: KEY LESSON: The food diary challenge

! It’s module four and finally, we’re going to do everybody’s favourite worst task… the FOOD DIARY!

You can do it on paper (see the template) or with an app like Myfitnesspal but whatever you choose, we’re going to be focusing on the food you DON’T want to log.

All is explained on the video

We’ll then look in more detail at calories and protein. What to look for in your food diary as well as new ideas and swaps. 

We’re heading towards the action phase. This might be the hardest module so far but it’s worth it. The food diary is a necessity, no matter how uncomfortable it is to log!

You can totally do this. 

Phase Two/Module Five: The scales and dealing with 'other people'

Here we are at the end of the RE-LEARN. How has it been for you? A little more intense than phase one maybe? Lots to implement and this is key. Knowledge is one thing, but doing the work is what creates change. That’s why after this, we’re into the ACTION phase.

In this final module, we’re looking at your life, is it aligned with your goals, how to make changes and a last key topic for the re-learn… Dealing with peer pressure. It can be a killer to our motivation when others are piling on the pressure, let’s talk it through.

Phase Three/Module One: KEY LESSON: Effective Goal Setting

It’s time for ACTION. .  Let’s implement everything you have learned so far and make a LASTING change

In module one, it’s all about GOALS. Let’s be honest, you have set goals for yourself in the past but not like this. We’re looking at how to make them goals for life!

We’re going to be looking at why most of us jump into the swamp and then get stuck in the mud! How to stay out of the swamp and still grow. Lastly, looking at the next 12 weeks after this programme!

Phase Three/Module Two: There is no wagon! How to plan for 'Plan B'

In module two, we’re going to look at common setbacks and how to overcome them. We often frame a setback as a failure but what if we change that and say it’s our BEST opportunity to learn. 

We’re also going to look at creating Plan B’s so any time things change, you can handle a plot twist like a pro.

Phase Three/Module Three: KEY LESSON: Motivation from within!

We’re on module three already ! Here, we’re all about the INTRINSIC motivation, the motivation that comes from within you.

Not whatever anyone else thinks, not all the ‘shoulds’ the world places on us.

Nope, this is what is truly satisfying to YOU.

Phase Three/Module Four: KEY LESSON: Your own best plan!

! It’s module four, the penultimate module of the entire plan! I am LOVING seeing you all making changes on this journey. We’re going to be looking at a key element in making sure you continue on this journey: ACCOUNTABILITY and where is that best to find it for you.

Here we are at the end of the PROGRAMME! How has it been for you? You should be feeling SO proud of yourself for getting to this stage, it’s been a journey and as you know now, when you put the work in, you see real change happening. 

In this final module, we’re looking at recapping everything so far, how to keep this going and one last big ol’ giant CONGRATULATIONS from me for making this far.
